Amazing - Edge of Your Seat Excitement! (May 19, 2017)

This is Book 3 in "The Otherealm Saga". Gripping storyline that demanded my attention and kept me thinking of the people in the story. There were scenes in the book I read and then had to reread aloud to my family!

 

Reading about Brent's grandfather's special place where he'd go to spend quality time talking to God, how he came to know God, and the deep love he had for Hannah, really moved me.

 

Behind the Darkness is a book with a lot of heavy subject matter in it, one that makes you think and appreciate the people in your own life. It emphasizes the power of prayer and also the spiritual warfare that rages all around us.

 

Brent's wife lightens things up with her spunky personality - but at the same time is completely moved by the story within the story.

 

Don't miss this series----they will earn a permanent spot on your bookcase!

Reading this latest book from the series moved me with feelings of victory and defeat as I turned page after page. Initially, the book seemed a slight step away from his usual writing style. The story begins in the first person perspective, as Brent Lawton decides to break the silence and recount an unbelievable and emotionally charged story from years ago. It didn't take long before I was totally drawn in, and I had a really hard time putting it down toward the end!
